Despite this, the overall reputation of La belle province speaks volumes, with many customers recommending its menu featuring items such as the corn dog, known locally as the “pogo”, alongside their renowned poutine.
From the crispy fries to the steamers rich with toppings, each dish feels like a warm embrace from Quebec's culinary tradition. “ We got takeout! The best steamed hot dogs - add coleslaw ( all dressed)! And make sure you try the poutine and a corn dog - aka. pogo!!! I highly recommend! ”
“ As an American in Canada, all my colleagues told me I had to try this place. The poutine was excellent and the steamer hot dogs were too. Classic Canadian comfort food I’d say. ”
“ Food is always good no issue. But this happens often. Ordered and paid for an Italian poutine, got home and found it was a regular. I took a pic of the bill and the food for next time. From now on I'll have to check that the order is correct. ADDENDUM. MAY 2024. Ordered a sub all dressed and 3 hamburgers, 2 mustard, 1 all dressed. The sub was ok but all 3 hamburgers were plain! I mean COME ON GUYS! And their plain hamburgers are awful. Luckily we had mustard and relish at home, but still...... ”
“ Two steamers all dressed w/those greasy fries are the best! As Montreal as a two cheek kiss. Back again. This time for hotdog and amazing poutine with dark rich gravy and tons of cheese curds. ”
“ We tried 4 different chains/restaurants that served Poutine (and had reputation for them) and for us, this was the best one. First time we finish the fries before the cheese. Grave flavor was excellent. Will definitely suggest to anyone looking for a base poutine. We didn't try their other 'flavours' but i think its a must for anyone who has never tried poutine, to start with a basic one as a base, and then try different ones after that. This is a perfect base in my opinion. ”
